One good thing is, my ulcer has healed.
It was quite a pretty shocking news for me. I never had an ulcer that healed so fast, ever. Probably due to the more bland food I ate for the past few days that didn't trigger it.
Cool.
So, rinse with salt water whatever are all bullshit. Diet plays an important role.

Hah, now mum knows why I gorged my food down during dinner time even though I looked as though I was about to puke everything out 'cos if I don't, I'll be complaining of hunger in the middle of the night.
However, I'm still eating selectively.
Even if I'm perfectly alright, I'm still fussy about food.
